The Certainty Income Fund is a retail managed investment scheme in the form of an Australian unit trust. CW IM Pty Ltd is the Investment Manager of the Fund (Investment Manager). The Investment Manager’s authority under its Investment Management Agreement is limited to general advice regarding the Fund only. Any other advice provided is not provided pursuant to this agreement. CW RM Limited is the Responsible Entity (RE) of the Fund and the issuer of its Product Disclosure Statement (PDS).
